This is an invite only class and is of the highest honor in our community.
It denotes someone who has been of value to the community for a significant length of time and contributed in a positive way. An Elder is someone who can take others under their (metaphoric) wing, be helpful and engaging to other members of the community, someone who perhaps has been in a working class role for a while and shown exceptional enthusiasm and contribution to the AOC and its members.
